1. Who we are

pisté (piste.gannicus.app) is a web tool operated by gannicus, Argentina ("we", "us"). Contact: support@gannicus.app. By using pisté you agree to these terms.

2. The service

pisté builds 3D-printable road pieces, ramps, bridges, signs and accessories for 1:64 toy cars, and lets you preview them in your browser. With a paid plan or a valid campaign code you can download the print-ready files (3MF and STL). The files are digital goods; nothing physical is shipped.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.

4. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown on our pricing page; taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout.

5. Plans and licence

• Lifetime: one payment, unlimited downloads for as long as pisté is offered, for personal, non-commercial use.
• Commercial: a yearly subscription that adds the right to sell the physical track pieces you print from your files. It renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by writing to us; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• With any plan you may not resell, share or publish the downloaded files themselves, or offer pisté's output as a file-generation service to others.

6. Your text

Do not put text on your pieces that infringes someone else's trademark or is illegal or offensive. We may suspend accounts that break this rule.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to get the downloadable files without a valid plan, overload or scrape the service, or interfere with other users.

8. Printing and safety

We work hard to make the files print well, but results depend on your printer, filament and settings, so we cannot guarantee a perfect print. Pieces, signs and accessories are small parts and these are not toys certified for children under 3: keep them away from small children. You are responsible for the physical products you make and sell.

9. Refunds

See our refund policy: every purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee.

10. Disclaimer and liability

pisté is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes and termination

We may update pisté and these terms; important changes will be announced on the site. You can stop using pisté and ask us to delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

1. Quiénes somos

pisté (piste.gannicus.app) es una herramienta web operada por gannicus, Argentina ("nosotros"). Contacto: support@gannicus.app. Al usar pisté aceptás estos términos.

2. El servicio

pisté arma piezas de pista, subidas, puentes, señales y accesorios imprimibles en 3D para autitos 1:64, y te deja verlos en el navegador. Con un plan pago o un código de campaña válido podés descargar los archivos listos para imprimir (3MF y STL). Son bienes digitales: no se envía nada físico.

3. Cuentas

Entrás con tu cuenta de Google. Cuidala: sos responsable de lo que pase con tu cuenta. Una cuenta es para una persona.

4. Órdenes y pagos

Nuestro proceso de compra lo realiza nuestro revendedor en línea Paddle.com. Paddle.com es el Merchant of Record (vendedor registrado) de todas nuestras órdenes. Paddle atiende todas las consultas de los clientes y gestiona las devoluciones. Los precios están en nuestra página de precios; los impuestos los calcula Paddle al pagar.

5. Planes y licencia

• De por vida: un pago, descargas ilimitadas mientras pisté esté disponible, para uso personal y no comercial.
• Comercial: suscripción anual que suma el derecho a vender las piezas de pista físicas que imprimís con tus archivos. Se renueva sola cada año hasta que la canceles. Podés cancelar cuando quieras desde el enlace del recibo de Paddle o escribiéndonos; mantenés el acceso hasta el final del período pagado.
• Con ningún plan podés revender, compartir ni publicar los archivos descargados, ni ofrecer lo que genera pisté como servicio de archivos a terceros.

6. Tus textos

No pongas en tus piezas textos que infrinjan marcas de otros o que sean ilegales u ofensivos. Podemos suspender cuentas que no cumplan esta regla.

7. Uso aceptable

No intentes obtener los archivos descargables sin un plan válido, sobrecargar o extraer datos del servicio, ni molestar a otros usuarios.

8. Impresión y seguridad

Trabajamos para que los archivos impriman bien, pero el resultado depende de tu impresora, tu filamento y tu configuración, así que no podemos garantizar una impresión perfecta. Las piezas, carteles y accesorios son piezas pequeñas y no son juguetes certificados para menores de 3 años: mantenelas lejos de los más chicos. Sos responsable de los productos físicos que fabricás y vendés.

9. Reembolsos

Mirá nuestra política de reembolsos: toda compra tiene garantía de devolución de 14 días.

10. Exención y responsabilidad

pisté se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida que la ley lo permita, no respondemos por daños indirectos, y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo. Nada de esto limita los derechos que te dan las leyes de defensa del consumidor que no se pueden renunciar.

11. Cambios y baja

Podemos actualizar pisté y estos términos; los cambios importantes se anuncian en el sitio. Podés dejar de usar pisté y pedirnos que borremos tu cuenta en cualquier momento.

12. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Argentina, sin perjuicio de las normas obligatorias de defensa del consumidor del país donde vivas.
